Ignorance is Bliss
Great article contained in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. I can't tell you how many times I've been confronted by the blissfully ignorant. People who think themselves so much more than they really are. God I wish these people would catch a clue. :P

Wow, thats a very interesting article. I have to admit, I didn't really understand the math, but the point I got out of it was that:
1. Really really smart people have low self-confidence
2. Really really stupid people work in Upper Management

I'm not sure the study shows that or not... but life experience seems to favor that conclusion
